About Beautinery
A Seoul concierge for international patients, built around clear roles
Beautinery coordinates the non-medical side of a clinic visit to Seoul: enquiries, consultations, interpreters, estimates, accommodation, transport and follow-up. Licensed clinics make every medical decision.
Beautinery is a Seoul-based sole proprietorship registered in Korea. We work with international patients planning plastic surgery, dermatology and other aesthetic or medical care in Korea, in English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese and Russian.
We are not a clinic and we do not employ doctors. Our job is to make a clinic visit in a foreign city run as smoothly as it would at home: the right questions asked, the answers understood, the estimate in writing, and someone to call when something is unclear.
What we coordinate
- Clinic enquiries with the same questions asked at each clinic, so answers can be compared.
- Consultation scheduling, remote and in person, including several clinics in one trip.
- Interpreters for consultations, consent discussions and aftercare visits.
- Written estimates collected from each clinic, with inclusions and exclusions clarified.
- Accommodation suited to recovery, airport transfers, clinic transport and escort on treatment day.
- Follow-up coordination with the clinic after you return home.
What stays with the clinic, and what we never do
- Medical advice, diagnosis, treatment plans and prescriptions come only from the licensed treating clinic.
- We do not guarantee results, recovery dates, fitness to fly or visa outcomes.
- We do not negotiate medical fees. Clinics set them after an individual assessment and confirm them in writing.
- We do not choose a clinic for you. We prepare comparable information and you decide.
- We do not publish before-and-after images, testimonials we cannot verify, or clinic and doctor names in our guides.
How we are paid
Concierge coordination is quoted per case, in writing, before you commit, and shown separately from clinic fees, travel and optional services. Some partner clinics may compensate Beautinery for coordination. Ask how your case is structured and we will answer in writing.
How our guides are written

Plain language, written from the coordinator's side of the desk and checked against official Korean sources.

No prices. Estimates depend on an individual assessment, and a published number misleads more than it informs.

No clinic or doctor names, no before-and-after images, no invented statistics or reviews.

Every guide states what the clinic decides and what a concierge can and cannot do.

Guides carry an updated date and are revised when Korean rules or clinic practice change.
