Beautinery is a patient-first VIP concierge helping you plan the practical side of a surgical visit to Seoul. We prioritise introductions to relevant specialists and help prepare clinic questions, appointments and visit logistics. Requested interpretation, transport, accommodation and follow-up communication depend on availability and the scope confirmed for your case. Your surgeon and clinic make every medical decision, from suitability to the recovery plan.
Before the consultation
Write down your goals and the questions you want answered, then let us send them to each clinic you are considering in the same form. We ask who would perform the surgery, what their experience with the procedure is, what the estimate includes (anaesthesia, garments, medication, follow-up visits) and how revisions are handled. Share medical information directly with the clinic through the process it specifies, not in a chat message. Deposit terms are worth reading before you pay: cancellation, date changes and what happens if the surgeon advises against the procedure at consultation.

Procedure guides for the visits we coordinate
The questions worth asking differ by procedure: implant documentation for breast surgery, imaging for facial contouring, records from the first operation for any revision. Each guide covers what the clinic decides, the consultation questions, the main risks to discuss and how long the clinic may want you nearby afterwards, without prices or clinic names.

Comparing clinics and surgeons
Two clinics rarely answer an enquiry in the same format, so we turn the answers into one comparison: treating surgeon, experience with the procedure, what the consultation involves, itemised estimate, follow-up schedule and revision policy. We also point you to the official Korean sources where a surgeon's specialty and a clinic's registration for foreign patients can be checked. The comparison is yours to decide on; we do not choose the clinic for you.

Reviewing and negotiating the cost
A surgery estimate in Korea lists the procedure fee and may or may not include anaesthesia, pre-operative tests, medication, compression garments, follow-up visits and revision terms. We collect each clinic's estimate in writing and mark what is inside and outside it, so the numbers you compare are comparable. We question unclear or excessive charges and negotiate on your behalf; the clinic confirms its final offer in writing after consultation. Treatment decisions remain with the clinician.

Language support and the surgery day
Interpretation, transport and accompaniment can be requested for consultation, consent discussions and treatment day. Confirm availability, language, hours and costs in your written service scope. The clinic explains the procedure, anaesthesia and any change to the plan; ask how written instructions and any required translation will be provided.

The recovery stay in Seoul
How long to stay is the surgeon's call and depends on the procedure, the follow-up visits they schedule and when they consider flying reasonable. We can discuss accommodation and transport around the clinic's follow-up schedule, subject to availability and written confirmation. Any recovery treatment is assessed, offered and provided by the clinic, separately from concierge support. The sample itinerary shows how the days fit together.

After you fly home
We coordinate return visits, relay questions to the clinic within the agreed scope and help you obtain the records you are entitled to, such as the operation record and implant documentation. Medical concerns are answered by the treating surgeon; urgent symptoms need a local doctor or emergency services. Scar care and the first-year follow-up are worth planning before you leave Seoul.

Revision surgery
A second operation raises extra questions: what the first surgeon did, what records and imaging exist, how much tissue or cartilage is available and how long to wait. We help you gather the documents a Korean surgeon will ask for before a revision consultation, and the guides list the questions specific to each area.

Support for an existing booking
If you already chose a clinic, start with its name, the confirmed appointment and the tasks you want help with: an interpreter for the consultation, transport on surgery day, a recovery stay or follow-up coordination. You can request defined support rather than repeat the clinic-selection process. Availability and costs are confirmed in writing before anything is arranged.
