How we use cookies and similar technologies

1. Essential cookies

Session cookies maintain security, language preferences, and concierge portal access. These cookies are required for the site to function.

2. Analytics & marketing cookies

With your permission, the site can load Google Analytics and Google Ads tags to measure visits and enquiries. These non-essential tags remain off when you choose Essential only.

Use Cookie settings on the site to change your choice. Choose Essential only to withdraw analytics permission. You can still submit an enquiry without allowing analytics.

3. Data retention

Your consent choice is saved in your browser’s localStorage. You can change it in Cookie settings or remove it by clearing this site’s stored data. This choice is separate from the temporary campaign record below.

4. Campaign source codes

Only after you allow analytics, we use this tab’s sessionStorage to record the first and most recent recognised campaign codes from our links, plus an expiry time. This helps us understand which links lead to enquiries. This campaign record does not contain the full URL, search terms, contact details or health information.

Each campaign record is valid for 30 minutes from its first save; later codes do not extend that window. An expired record is discarded the next time the site checks it. If the current page has a recognised code, a new record may start. Closing the tab normally ends this browser storage session; restoring a tab may restore its storage, but the expiry check still applies.

If you submit an enquiry while analytics permission and a valid campaign record are present, the codes are saved with that enquiry. The 30-minute limit applies to the browser record, not to an enquiry already received. Withdrawing analytics permission clears the browser campaign record and stops future campaign-code collection unless you allow it again; it does not automatically delete codes already saved with an enquiry.
