Beautinery coordination
Your initial Beautinery consultation is free. The scope and any fees for later concierge support are agreed in writing before you confirm. Clinic fees and third-party charges are separate.
Third-party services
Interpretation, transport, accommodation, and other requested arrangements may have separate charges. Availability, the service provider, and applicable terms are confirmed individually.

- Receive the proposed support scope, exclusions, and any Beautinery fee in writing.
- Check clinic fees and third-party charges separately, including the currency and payment recipient.
- Confirm your contact person, communication channel, and available support hours for your visit.
- Ask how clinic options are selected and whether a referral or commercial relationship is relevant to the introduction.
Payments and changes
- Payment methods, deposit requirements, and due dates depend on the provider and the confirmed proposal.
- Check each provider’s cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and refund terms before booking or paying.
- If your needs or itinerary change, request an updated scope and quote before confirming additional services.
- Medical suitability, recovery, and outcomes are assessed by the treating clinician; concierge support does not replace medical care.
