How we collect and protect personal data

1. Data controller

Beautinery is the registered business name of the sole proprietor operating this service and is the data controller for website enquiries. Identity and privacy questions can be sent to privacy@beautinery.com.

2. Data we collect

The enquiry form collects the contact details and planning information you choose to provide so we can respond to your request.

Do not submit medical records or sensitive health information through this form or instant messaging. Any later request for documents must first explain the purpose, recipient, sharing, storage and retention arrangements.

3. Legal basis & sharing

Any additional sharing or cross-border transfer needed for your case must be explained before it takes place, including the recipient, purpose and applicable consent or other basis.

4. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, or deletion of personal data. Withdrawal of consent may limit our ability to deliver services.

For privacy requests, contact privacy@beautinery.com.

5. Optional campaign information on enquiries

If you allow analytics and submit an enquiry while a campaign record is valid, we save its first and most recent recognised campaign codes with your enquiry to understand which links bring enquiries. The codes are associated with the contact and enquiry information you submit. The temporary record uses this tab’s sessionStorage and a 30-minute validity window from its first save; the Cookie policy explains expiry and tab closure.

Analytics permission is optional and separate from the privacy consent required to handle your enquiry. Refusing or withdrawing analytics permission does not prevent you from sending an enquiry. Choosing Essential only in Cookie settings clears the browser campaign record and stops future collection unless you allow it again. It does not automatically erase an enquiry or its codes already received. For a request about stored enquiry data, contact privacy@beautinery.com.
