Beautinery service terms

Last updated 5 October 2026

1. Scope of services

Beautinery is the registered business name of a sole proprietorship providing VIP concierge coordination for international patients. We coordinate enquiries, introductions and practical visit arrangements; independent licensed medical providers deliver medical services.

Beautinery is a VIP concierge acting on the client’s side, not a healthcare provider. We coordinate and advocate for you; medical decisions remain with your treating provider.

2. Client responsibilities

Give your treating clinic accurate information it requests through a channel agreed with that clinic. Do not submit medical records through the website enquiry form or instant messaging.

You are responsible for valid travel documents. Any help with travel paperwork must be agreed separately; visa and entry decisions are made by the relevant authorities.

3. Payments & cancellation

Currency, payment method, payment recipient, deposits and refund terms must be confirmed in writing before payment.

Clinic, concierge and third-party change, cancellation and no-show terms may differ. Review the terms applying to each service before booking.

4. Liability

Medical decisions and treatment are the responsibility of the treating medical provider. Beautinery is responsible for the concierge services it agrees to provide, subject to the written agreement and applicable law.
