How the days around surgery in Seoul are usually arranged, as an example only. Your surgeon sets the real timing.
Patients ask how long to stay and what the days look like. The honest answer is that the surgeon decides based on the procedure and your recovery, but an illustrative structure helps you budget time and book flexible travel. Everything below is an example, not a schedule for your case.
An arrival day with no appointments; an in-person consultation and pre-operative checks on the surgeon's schedule; a rest day if the clinic asks for one. Remote consultations beforehand shorten this phase but do not replace the in-person assessment.
Follow the clinic's instructions on fasting, arrival time, companions and where you spend the first night, whether at the clinic, a recovery facility or your accommodation. Transport back should be arranged in advance.
Post-operative visits are scheduled by the clinic, often within the first few days and again before departure. Between them, rest, medication and wound care follow written instructions; sightseeing is a question for the surgeon.
Ask the surgeon when you may fly and what to do if something changes after you leave. A final check before departure and a written summary make the journey home easier.
Day 1 arrival. Day 2 consultation and pre-operative checks. Day 3 surgery. Days 4 to 6 rest with a clinic check. Day 7 second check. Days 8 to 10 rest, final check and travel clearance. Some procedures need far less, some considerably more; the surgeon's plan replaces this outline.
